A Magical Time to be had...

...at the Carnival Soiree, today!

What's that I see...over there, off in the far distance?

Why, it's Dumbo...and he's guiding us to the Carnival for a good time to be had by all!

Oh yay, we have arrived...what a wonderful Big Top...

We've crafted some friends, a yarn doll to be exact, to come along with us...and this little guy is soooo excited, he can't stop wiggling!  Wait...stop...let me get a shot!

Oh, thank you, my friend!  That smile says it all :-)

A few other lovely ladies decided to join us on our journey...

...and oh, how they love to dance and frolic around!

And how I love to ride the Carousel.  Brings me back to when I was a little girl & now my little girls will get to enjoy the ride...

Let's not forget to have a nice treat, I hear they taste 100 times better here at the Carnival Soiree...

Mmm, now I must kick up my heels and have a rest...for all the frolicking we've done & that yummy treat, I'm feeling a bit tired...

What's that?   Oh yes, mi amigos...we don't want to miss out on the reason we are here...

the show...

there are rings of fire and tigers jumping through them...

...juggling clowns...

...and of course Dumbo & Co...with their goofy tricks...

For more fun to be had, click here...as there will be posts going up all day, and it's sure to be a great time with new peeps to meet & giveaways to be won!  Thanks to Miss Lisa for putting on such a wonderful soiree.

Hopefully we'll see you there!

Jaime

I am having the best time with you at the soiree, and dumbo couldn't get any cuter. Did I say how much I'm loving the cupcakes, so scrumptious and sweet, they must be all gone by now.

I'm ready for the teacup ride, let's go, but first I have to grab my lantern its getting dark outside and a cup of coffee.

P.S. Don't forget to leave a comment on post no.7 for the giveaways!

XO!
Lisa!

The cupcakes were delish---it was good to see dumbo arrive....the stamp with the dog jumping through the clown's hoop was my favorite.

This post has been a trip down memory lane form Dumbo to the yarn doll (I remember making those as a kid)..all wonderfully associated with childhood as it should be! Happy Soiree to you:)
