Oh goodness me...I completely forgot to give my boy Roscoe a shout out on his birthday Tuesday! I promised him I would, tee hee....and I always keep a promise.
So Happy Birthday buddie...I can't believe you're already 3! My how you've grown up so fast! I remember when you were just a wee pup of 9 weeks old and you riding home on my lap and Daddio and the girls discussed what to name you. I was too occupied with rubbing your soft little loose puppy skin to think about anything but how cute you were. So you ended up a Roscoe...Roscoe P. Coletrane that is!
I mean honestly...look at that face :-)
We used to get a kick out of when you fell asleep like this...
...you were just so cuddly and playful...
You loved to stretch out in your 80 dollar donut bed that you decided to chew up into a million pieces for whatever reason (we learned our lesson real fast on that one)...
When we came to pick up your brindle, 'runt-of-the-litter' sister, she wanted nothing to do with us and you just wouldn't leave us alone. The breeder kept picking you up and we kept trying to play with her... but no luck. You were so cute with your long and lanky legs and goofy smile. The girls loved you from the moment they laid eyes on you, you were so playful and fit right in our family!
How we were set on a brindle-runt-female and came home with a fawn-pick of the litter-male...well, this is why...
...you have always been such a good little pup playing ever so gently.
Oh, except for the time you chewed up our nice leather couch...
...yeah, that was no fun...
...or the time you chewed up our even nicer plantation shutters...
...sheez, can't leave the house without you for 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop and look what mischief you get into!
Well, we love ya anyway (can anyone say Marley & Me), tee hee.
So here's Dink wishing you a happy day too (nevermind that I was making bird noises to get him to perk up, hehe).
Otherwise he hates getting his picture taken...isn't that funny? He totally gives me the evil eye when he sees the camera turn in his direction. I have to act all crazy to get a good shot of him, even at the expense of looking like a looney bird to my neighbors. Yes, that's love right there.
Preserving the memories of ALL my children :-)
Don't judge...I know some of you other animal lovers out there do some crazy stuff to your pets too, hehe...come on spill the beans...
...and please do tell what mischief your pets have gotten into. I'm looking for someone to make Roscoe look like an angel ;-)

He is absolutely adorable. I had a dog like him when I was living with my parents :)
Oh my he's too cute! We had a boxer/shepard mix, that we rescued and he was the best! He is in heaven now :(
We miss him and so does his "terrier" sister!!!
Oh and on their birthday's (which were a week apart) I'd buy them "Pup Cakes" from 3 Dog Bakery! I'd still by one for Roxy, but they went out of business :(

So cute, he looks exactly like my doggie!
I have a FIT though at Rex chewing up the kids toys, plants that I have just planted... I would say I would probably give him away if he chewed my couch!! You're a good mommy!
He is so cute! Boxer, right? We had a boxer when i was a kid. He was a really sweet dog. His name was Tut as in King Tut(we didnt name him LOL) I would love to have another boxer, but dogs are alot of work :( and my daughter and cat are enough for me right now! haha

I love your dogs they are cute. My Timmy loves to digs holes in the yard. It is not funny when you just covered up the hole either. But we love him.
I love your dog....you really can't stay mad at him can you?
How do you get your pics to come across with rounded corners? I really like that.
Visiting for SITS. Have a great weekend.
Oh, how stinkin' cute!
He is a cutie!!! And it's nice to know I'm not alone with my doggy problems!!!
Our one year old basset hound Chumba has ruined at least 5 sets of blinds, torn up the linoleum at our last rental, ruined the corner of a brand new TV stand, chewed the plug off the vacuum, ripped holes in my wedding dress & shredded my veil, chewed up every nick knack and piece of clothing left within his reach, ate our bed skirt off our bed & shredded all our pillowcases, terrorizes our poor cat, and has gotten the cops called for his incessant barking!!!
He is a handful! And can NEVER be left alone in the house anymore! But we love him. Happy birthday to your little guy! Hope you have a great weekend! :o)
Absolutely adorable! My brother has a boxer and she is just lovely!
I have an award for you:

so head on over and grab it...I love your site! congrats!
OH MAN....NOT THE LEATHER COUCH! Isn't it amazing what we put up with from our furry babies! When we brought Crumpet home he chewed through all the electrical cords he could find. He took out the pool Ozinator, the pond pump, and the landscape lights all in one week! I figured he was toast when my hubby got hold of him. But alas we love him too much to care!
They are extremely cute! I wish I could have a dozen dogs!
