Happy St. Patrick's Day

Vanessa, over at A Fanciful Twist, shared a lovely St. Patty's day craft last year that's just right up my ally...with all the glitter & bright colors!  We had a really fun time cutting these Shamrocks out and glittering them up...we had glitter EVERYWHERE!

But it was sooo worth it...

...don't ya think?

Click here to see Vanessa's step-by-step tutorial & PDF file.  Hopefully you are wearing your green too, so you don't get pinched.  I'll be wearing my brooch along with whatever green I can get into because I absolutely hate being pinched!!

Miss V, also has a set of really cute, printable, St. Patty's day cards.  I, of course will be giving these to my girls today.  The DQ always loves her little cards and has a collection started for keepsakes, tee hee...so sweet.

I also discovered a free Vintage clipart blog over the weekend.

It's called the The Vintage Moth
(the button's over there on my left sidebar for future reference).

I've altered this cute, Vintage Ad on Picnik...gave the color a boost & a nice matted frame, so simple.

I think I'm going to try and tackle Photoshop soon.  I'm a bit scared but really want to learn it.  I bought the Official Adobe Photoshop CS4 one-to-one workbook & CD lessons.  Anyone have a review or recommendation they'd like to share?

Very cute. I used to do a bit of stampin' but sold most of it because of time. Love the stuff though. Thanks for the visit.
