Yay, Swap Goodies have arrived!!

Wow...what a fun 'favorite things' swap that Mamarazzi over at Dandelion Wishes put on!! I've been gathering my most favorite goodies for the last week or so, to send to Kathleen at Measuring my life in L-O-V-E. It has been so fun, but it was so hard to dwindle down my fav's because I have so many. At one point, I thought about sending her my children (because this mommy could use a vacation) since they are my fav's...most of the time...but then I thought she might get a little overwhelmed going from one to four overnight, so I decided against it :-)

But this is what I did decide to send in all it's glory...

(Photo courtesy of Kathleen, thanks girl!)

Yeppers that's one of my fav stamps from Stampin' Up! in white craft ink...so easy & cute for wrapping. Not only will I do a handmade Christmas this year but I've decided to also stamp much of the wrapping paper just because it's so fun, the girls love to help & it's so darn cute!

Sorry about the "oh my goodness, the UPS store is getting ready to close & my girls are trying to 'help' me" rushed wrapping job Kathleen...I don't know why I continue to procrastinate!

Yes, that's the BEST issue of Mary Engelbright's Home Companion mag that I blogged about last week...you can see it under that eggnog taffy right?!? Okay, I won't mention everything I sent but I will say that I included some of my homemade cards, embellishments & gift tags which you can find in my shop, so go check it out!

Now on to the good stuff...pretty wrapping paper...

The Bubbas tearing into em.' I believe she thought it was Christmas morning :-)

drum roll please...

Yay, look at all my fun stuff to play with!! It feels like Christmas morning...

I LOVE it Kathleen, thank you sooooo much! How funny, that we sent each other some very similar things...tea towels, scrapbook stuff, mascara, recipes, soap & CHOCOLATE...yum! Some others include a dish scrubby, gum, candles (mmm), a lighter, hand lotion, a notebook set, conditioner, Soduko (which I love), a gift wrap cutter (I've been wanting to try this out)...

...some BEAUTIFUL nail polish! My oldest girl loved the color (she asked if you were Goth, ha)! I just had to try it out, what do you think? I know, I know...I desperately need a manicure & will be giving myself one tomorrow so I can put this color on before Friday. Perfect for the Debut of TWILIGHT don't ya think? Woo Hoo, what a perfect match.

And I tried with the cling ons but will have to mess around with it a bit...I think they may go in the girls bathroom! I'm sure they'd fight over who gets what letters if I tell them they can have them for their bedrooms...what's a mama to do?

Oh, & I can't wait to try that Crock pot corn chowder recipe you sent...it sounds De-lish!

So, thanks again to Kathleen for all the wonderfullness that came to my door today. It put a HUGE SMILE on my face & an even bigger smile on my gals face, just to be able to open a ton of presents, hehe. A BIG THANKS to Mamarazzi for putting this together too.

It was fun...can't wait for the next one. Maybe I'll do it, yippee!

And Don't forget to click here to enter my BHG GIVEAWAY, it ends midnight Friday!

Have a Smiley Day!

Jaime

Yay so glad you liked it. It was fun doing! And to explain the nail polish - I love getting funky colors on my toes for my pedicures. :o) But definitely perfect for the Twilight premiere! And yes I had to laugh at how similar some of our items were. Have a great day!
