Woo Hoo, that Bella is one lucky lady :-) That's right! I actually got to go see Twilight on opening day! My husband took the girls to see Madagascar 2 while I took my little Punky to see Twilight & we LOVED it, hehe. Okay, well she nursed and slept most of the time but I'm pretty sure she loved it. So how many of you crazy people went to the 12:01 showing? Okay, okay...I would have liked to been one of those crazy people but I couldn't keep my eyes open and wasn't about to take the baby out at midnight! So go see it if you haven't already, it's great. And go early to try and avoid long lines! I'm so glad we could make it to the 4:30 showing because when I came out at 6:30, there were lines everywhere, people just waiting to get into one of the 6 or so theaters that were showing it. There were Twilight shirts and girls dressed up and oh my...when Edward came on the screen, the teeny boppers all screamed! I heard several funny comments, anywhere from "Edward is mine" to...well, I won't even go there...but you get the picture. It was a fun time & I highly recommend it even if you haven't read the book.
We saw this rainbow that went all the way across the road. We thought it was the coolest thing ever. I couldn't get a picture of the whole thing though because we were going 65 mph and it was raining, but boy was it beautiful! Definitely put a smile on my face :-)
My DQ showed off her funky nails that she painted at her "Brownie Fun Day" while we were at this awesome burger joint for dinner. Of course the Bubbas had to try and get in the picture.
We had FONDU for dinner one night and then attempted to make these "bacon & eggs" instead of the usual chocolate fondu for dessert.
You can see they didn't quite turn out like they did over at Gourmet Mom on the go but they were still yummy. Check out their site for some awesome ideas & fun stuff for the kiddos!
We ended up putting them in a bowl with some ice cream, chocolate syrup, some rasberries & strawberries and yum...it ended up being de-lish!
We PLAYED!! Here's Punky trying out her new excersaucer!
We went to Chuck-E-Cheese! The Bubbas loved this thing...you would have thought she was on a roller coaster, hehe.
Last but not least...the WINNER of my Better Homes & Garden Christmas Ideas Mag GIVEAWAY is...
DQ had a "We are Thankful" play at school and it was so much fun!
We went to Chuck-E-Cheese! The Bubbas loved this thing...you would have thought she was on a roller coaster, hehe.
