Etsyblogger Blog Carnival & HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

So this is my first blog carnival for the Etsybloggers team and this week I'm supposed to write a post on a fabulous creation that I'm working on.

I just got in my new Scallop edge circle die cut to go with my Sizzix Big Kick and am lovin' it! So here are some scallops that I cut...

...and here are some cute journaling spots I've made...

...and both are for sale in my shop so go check it out! I know...nothing too exciting but I'm working on more and I'm ordering the small and medium scallop die-cut today so you'll be seeing more cute scalloped creations in my shop soon. Oh, and I just got in some darling Amy Butler paper so keep an eye out for some cute tags & cards too!

So on to the fun that my girls had last night carving and decorating pumpkins!

We started with some pins, sequins & pipe cleaners... ooh la la...

...and this is what we ended up with...

...we traced each of the girls hands to make an "Oh No" face for the pumpkin and they loved it. Yes, I know...not the cutest carved pumpking but we were getting close to bed time and people were starting to get cranky so Daddy didn't have much time to carve.

Okay, I'm not sure if that's supposed to be a peace sign or devil horns but I'm going to go with the latter since that is the way she has been acting lately :-(

Here's our little babe just hangin' out waiting for someone to let her jump in the pumpkin guts...

I'm off to prepare for trick-or-treating tonight! I've eaten all the candy...don't know what the poor neighborhood kids will get in their bags, hehe. My oldest is complaining of her new costume being too tight and I still don't have my middle ones costume complete (since she is declaring herself a queen instead of a princess). The babe...well, she's wearing her pumpkin onesie but if I get the chance, I want to put her in a glitter witch costume we have that's so cute!

Happy Halloween to all & have a great night!

Jaime

OMG... I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my scallop punch too. It's one of my fave tools. Very cute journaling tags! Looks like you had a fun Halloween! Your kids are adorable.
